As is evidenced by her Instagram, a favorite hobby of Anna Kendrick's is baking. Kendrick is known to have a sweet tooth, and loves sharing pictures of her baked creations with her followers, especially around the holidays. 

Kendrick has shared photos of her baking from start to finish, but she especially loves sharing the end results with her followers. For example, she's posted photos of elaborately decorated Christmas trees, snowflakes, and gingerbread men, topped with colorful icing, sugary sprinkles, and even faux pearls. And it's clear from the snaps that Kendrick enjoys her time baking with friends.

Kendrick explained to Shape that she enjoys baking because it can be challenging. "There was a period when I baked a lot," she revealed. "I would find the trickiest recipe I could because I've got this complex: Whenever there's a challenge and the suggestion that maybe I can't do it, I'm like, Oh, yeah? Watch this." Even if that meant spending hours upon hours working on a project, Kendrick wasn't deterred. And ironically enough, she said the only time she lost her immense craving for sweets was when she was baking all the time.
