While Kate Winslet's hatred for filming nude scenes, which she described to V Magazine back in 2011, as "profoundly bizarre," the now 45-year-old Academy Award winning actress, is feeling more secure with love scenes as a woman in her 40's (via FASHIONetc).

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Winslet detailed her latest role in the period drama Ammonite, which features a love scene between her and Saoirse Ronan. She explained, "to have an opportunity to be my real 40-something self, post-children, you know? Women aren't really having the courage to do that. I was just excited to say, 'This is what it is, peeps. This is how I am now, and it's very much not the body I had 20 years ago.'"
