As if this wasn't bad enough for Yara, Jovi's parents planned a very casual engagement party with the couple and 60 of their closest friends (via TV Insider). Jovi's not being too attentive throughout the whole ordeal, which leaves Yara understandably distressed. "If I wasn't pregnant, I'd already be back in the Ukraine," she snapped at him during a heated discussion.

Jovi's parents aren't concerned with how their behavior is impacting the couple, however. They're more concerned with Yara taking Jovi from them. "She wants to go to another country and move Jovi to another country, so that's a problem for us. Also, in the future, if they have kids, I mean, this could be hard for us to see our grandkids. ... We may lose our son," Jovi's dad revealed (per ET).

We aren't 100% sure what's been going on with the couple between the time the episode aired and now, but we do know Yara and Jovi have been spotted in Miami with their baby girl (per TV Show Ace). Hopefully the family has found a respectful way to move forward.
