It always seems difficult to find a healthy, meaningful relationship for yourself, let alone for your family, but Tarek El Moussa definitely seems to have won the jackpot. He told The List that his fiancée, Heather Rae Young, "stepped up out of the blue" and became the perfect step-mom to his kids. He shared that not only does she love his children, but they "adore" her too, and it seems safe to say that El Moussa is in a really positive, heartwarming relationship. 

"She takes care of them like they're her own," El Moussa said. "I just couldn't be happier. I mean, as a father, I just found the perfect person for our family. I'm very fortunate." 

And it seems that Young is really keyed in on just how important it is to maintain a respectful and happy relationship with El Moussa's ex-wife, Christina Haack. On Mother's Day in 2021, both women sent each other flowers to commemorate the day and posted photos of their bouquets to social media (via Today). With messages of thanks and heart emoticons, it's clear that the three have created a really beneficial, positive co-parenting dynamic.
