This option specifies the behavior of IMPORT and MIGRATE commands when the source and target structures are not the same. 

Valid values are as follows:

• AUTO—(Default) specifies that data can be migrated when the source and target structures are not the same but are compatible
• REQUIRED—specifies that data should not be migrated when the source and target structures are not the same
