This parameter defines a device which connects to your mail server to send mails. For on-premises subscribers, the default mail proxy is master. For Helix subscribers, the mail proxy is not defined; you can use any BCM agent from your network as a mail proxy device for sending mails.
To set the mail proxy:
- Click the
button to select a device which is used for sending mails.
- Select a device that is on LAN and has access to the mail server.
- Click OK.
After setting the mail proxy, every mail sent from BCM uses the set mail proxy to send mails instead of the default mail proxy.
