On Friday, the mythological epic movie Adipurush finally opened in theatres around the world after a long wait and an unexpected postponement. Fans flocked to theatres and lit firecrackers early in the morning in several Telugu-speaking regions to celebrate what is being hailed as star Prabhas' triumphant return. Adipurush, a film based on the classic Ramayan, has gained attention ever since it was revealed. This epic fantasy drama, which has a large budget and lots of visual effects, is helmed by Om Raut of Tanhaji fame and stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, and Saif Ali Khan.
