The Academy’s social media page gave quite a surprise to netizens yesterday as they put up a video of Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna from the film on their social media page.

They captioned it, "Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol performing the classic song ‘Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna’ from 1995’s ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.’
Several fans took to the comments section and mentioned how the clip left them emotional. Others requested directors to bring Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan together back onscreen.
