The doctor's on Botched have seen almost everything...but this may be a first. 

Dr. Terry Dubrow explains that their new patient and Dolly Parton impersonator, "has had a gastric bypass and she lost 165 pounds." 

Then Rhonda chimes in, "I was really excited and I went and the problem was this guy was a boob guy, not a butt guy, he was a breast specialist. I was his first case. When I woke up from surgery and threw those covers back, I mean, it was not right." 

She goes on to candidly admit, "My bellybutton is between my boobs."
